I have been receiving personal training and lifestyle coaching from Jelisa since she opened and it has changed my life for the better! Jelisa takes the time to get to know you and helps train you as a whole person, not just a body type or number on the scale. Her positive nature and warm, caring manner puts you instantly at ease and I always leave feeling better (and more sore!) than when I arrived. She is genuinely concerned with improving your overall wellness and she helps you through hurdles and challenges with compassion and understanding. With the help of her customized meal and fitness plan I have lost significant weight, inches and dramatically improved my strength and endurance! Most importantly I feel great and energized! After 8 weeks, I think I've finally accepted her belief in me as a belief in myself and I am well on my way to achieving my personal fitness and lifestyle goals! I'm doing things I never thought I could accomplish and I have become seriously addicted to her spin classes! Thank you Jelisa for giving me more energy and enthusiasm for my family, my friends and my life! I just can't say enough! She is truly fabulous!
Redeveloping Me I believe my inspiration to a new me comes with a lot of hard work and dedication that lies ahead. When you make a weight loss goal, you need to be dedicated and find a workout that makes you want to achieve more. I have achieved this from actually only my first 8 weeks of spin class, spinning is fun, energetic and makes you want more. Although, your butt hurts and your legs feel like jelly after the workout, you have worked yourself closer to a new you. Whether or not you lose the pounds, you will look and feel better; you achieve greatness each and every time you step onto that bike. I myself in only 8 weeks have lost 8 – 10 pounds, which is great it’s a pound a week and I can’t ask for much more than that, my legs to me are visibly smaller and I have more strength to do more, whether it’s running after my kids, spinning faster or running on my lunch hour. My goal is to lose 50 pounds this is a large goal, but I believe with dedication/ hard work that I can do it, I need this in order to be healthy for my own personal health concerns and for my kids, as they are the reason you work hard every day. My spin instructor Jelisa inspires me to work harder and through her energy every class pushing you to spin just that little bit faster, I can achieve my goals to a new me. In the end thank you Jelisa for inspiring me to want to achieve my weight loss goals, it will take a lot of dedication. Joining your spin class was the first step to working towards a healthier me and maybe just one day, maybe I will be at the point where I can be a spin class instructor.

When I began attending classes at Zenergee, I was relatively new to Flin Flon and entirely new to spinning. I had no idea what I was in for but I'm pleased to report that my experience at Zenergee has been nothing but excellent. As a small studio, Zenergee provides a uniquely comfortable and welcoming atmosphere where you're able to get to know the other people there. The space is clean and aesthetically pleasing. The friendly staff always radiates a positive energy that keeps you motivated to peddle harder up a steep "hill" or to finish strong on that last set of burpees. I now attend spin classes at Zenergee three days a week and always look forward to my next class on my off days. I would encourage everyone to give Zenergee a try!
When I first came to spin class I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to do it. I pushed on during my first class and since then I have been addicted to it. I go through withdrawal when I miss a class and love the energy that comes from it!
So after I had my 2 daughters I was looking for a fun motivating way of getting back into shape. I found that at #zenergeewellnessstudio. My instructor, Jelisa, was very inspiring and motivating making everything fun. I'm always tired and lazy but after an hour at the studio I'm happy and motivated and feel I can do anything. Our kids are only getting bigger and faster and the fun workouts we have help me keep up with my girls. :)
