With Zenergee, assessments are very important. We want to be able to not only understand your body to help improve function, but to be able to show you your great results in the future!
During your Initial Assessment, your Trainer will be analizing your functional movement and recording your body's imbalances. A few of the other evaluations your Trainer will be recording in your next session (Personal Training Assessment) will be to record your current strength and fitness level, your measurments, and your weight.
There will be no exercise during your Initial Assessment. You can book your first two sessions together if you like (Initial Assessment + Personal Training Assessment = 1 hour + 40 minutes total). That way, the assessments are complete and the next time you see Jelisa you will begin training!
To make the evaluations more accurate, Please wear (or bring with you) body conscious clothing for both assessments. When the clothing is too loose, it will be hard to see imbalances and improper function. Shorts cut above the knee and short-sleeve shirts are preferred. As long as you can roll your shirt up to your shoulder loosely it will work. If your shorts can roll above your knee loosly that will be fine as well. *Wearing loose clothing also makes it difficult to see your improvements in your Before & After photos. Please wear active wear (no jeans can be worn on our equipment), and clean indoor shoes are required at the Studio (please check shoes being worn in other facilities for sand and small rocks:) our cleaning crew and Mom's really appreciate it!).
