Is the meal plan the same meal every day? Our meal plans are easy to follow, and you get to choose each food for each meal! The plan just tells you the serving size of each food group for your body type, activity level, and goals. From there, you can create a great meal from one of the recipes provided or make one of your own!
I don't know anything about proper meal planning, timing, and I'm not sure if I am eating a balanced diet. Is a meal plan right for me? To start a healthy nutrition lifestyle when you are new, I suggest booking a nutritional consultation where I can determine where you are currently. From there, I will suggest the next step that is right for you.
