Kristen will be leading a special Gentle/Chair Yoga Class on Thursday, November 12th! 5:00PM-6:00PM. Beginner poses and breath work focusing on stretching, strengthening, and relaxation. Chair yoga is a gentle style of yoga you can do from a (mostly) seated position that also incorporates the breathing and mind-body benefits of a traditional class.
